Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for researching and implementing robot motion planning algorithms, including navigation and obstacle avoidance algorithms, path coverage, etc.
2. Responsible for researching and implementing robot motion control algorithms, quantifying algorithm iteration effects through simulation and data closed-loop methods.
3. Develop and test corresponding functions for specific scenarios in projects, such as drone tracking systems, autonomous exploration systems, and autonomous landing systems.
4. Reproduce cutting-edge robotic system technologies. 5. Author project-related technical documentation and reports.
Job Requirements
1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields, with experience in robotics projects.
2. Proficient in common UAV motion planning frameworks such as Ego-planner and Faster-planner.
3. Strong foundation in graph search, numerical optimization, and matrix analysis; expert knowledge of path search and trajectory optimization algorithms.
4. Proficient in fundamental data structures and algorithmic principles, with the ability to flexibly apply relevant algorithms to solve problems. 5. Understanding of upstream and downstream modules in planning, such as perception, localization, trajectory prediction, and 3D terrain representation. 6. Strong mathematical foundation and English reading comprehension; ability to read and understand technical papers is preferred. 7. Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and C++, with substantial coding and development experience.
8. Experience in competitions like ACM-ICPC or RoboMaster, or publications at conferences such as IROS or ICRA is preferred.
9. Experience in university/institute projects and familiarity with the full project lifecycle is preferred.
